Arbour Group is looking for a full-time Salesforce Administrator to join a leading organization in the USA providing exterior and interior signage, graphics, and maintenance services. The Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the Salesforce platform to support business processes and drive efficiency. The position will be responsible for day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and user support of the Salesforce environment, ensuring stability, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the platform, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders. This role collaborates closely with multiple departments to understand needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities Support new and existing Salesforce users with questions and issues Gather requirements and implement configuration changes, including workflow, approval processes, and custom object implementation Design, develop, and test reports and dashboards Document system configuration and administrative processes Drive technology, business, and Salesforce adoption best practices Coordinate ongoing prioritization, shaping, and delivery of Salesforce solutions Provide first‑level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications Assist with basic networking tasks (LAN, Wi‑Fi, IP addressing, cabling, router/switch setup) Ensure proper maintenance of IT equipment (patches, updates, antivirus checks) Support users with password resets, email setup, and access issues Maintain IT inventory and update documentation of IT assets Assist in setting up new user accounts and workstations Provide guidance to staff on using IT tools securely and effectively Qualifications Must be a resident of the Philippines Willing to work onsite in Cebu, following US time zone Experience in handling multi‑vendor environments Salesforce Administrator Certification (201) is required Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and software applications Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi) Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication and customer service abilities Preferred Certifications Advanced Administrator Certification (301) Platform Developer 1 Platform Developer 2 Sales Cloud Consultant Community Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant Benefits Competitive salary and employment benefits Opportunity to work with a diverse team and collaborate with industry experts and SMEs internationally Solid track record of performance and growth opportunities within the organization We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy‑related condition, genetic information, veteran status, immigration or citizenship status, military obligations, status as a domestic violence victim or a victim of sexual assault or stalking, participation in discrimination complaint‑related activities, or any other status protected under applicable federal, state or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
