Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the company's Salesforce platform to support our business processes and drive efficiency. The position will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and user support of our Salesforce environment, ensuring its stability, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to our internal stakeholders. This position will also collaborate closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Main Tasks:
- Support new and existing Salesforce user base with questions and issues
- Work with internal customers to gather requirements and implement configuration change including definition of workflow and approval processes and custom object implementation
- Design, develop and test reports and dashboards
- Document system configuration and administrative processes
- Drive technology, business and Salesforce adoption best practices
- Coordinate ongoing prioritization, shaping & delivery of Salesforce solutions
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Assist with basic networking tasks (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, cabling, router/switch setup).
- Ensure proper maintenance of IT equipment (patches, updates, antivirus checks).
- Support users with password resets, email setup, and access issues.
- Maintain IT inventory and update documentation of IT assets.
- Assist in setting up new user accounts and workstations.
- Provide basic guidance to staff on using IT tools securely and effectively.
- Must be a resident of the Philippines
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu, following US time zone
- Experience in handling multi-vendor environment
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (201) is required.
- The following Salesforce certifications are preferred, but not required:
- Advanced Administrator Certification (301)
- Platform Developer 1
- Platform Developer 2
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Community Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and software applications.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
