About The Job Hi We're Smartsourcing, and we're searching for a full-time, remote Salesforce Administrator to help us keep things running smarter. From automations to analytics, you'll make sure our Salesforce ecosystem stays clean, connected, and user-friendly—so teams can focus on what really matters. Where: JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu About The Role You'll take ownership of Salesforce administration—maintaining data, dashboards, and integrations—while supporting our core tech stack, including Google Workspace. Your work keeps systems running seamlessly and teams connected. Key Responsibilities Salesforce: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand requirements and customize the CRM to enhance user experience. Regularly audit and monitor data integrity within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Create and provide training to CRM users across departments to maximize Salesforce capability. Maintain the health and stability of Salesforce Platform, software updates, advanced user management, security, and best practices. Map business processes to Salesforce functionalities. Manage onboarding and offboarding of users, user settings and permissions. Manage integrations connected to Salesforce. Provide advice and updates on features and functionality; troubleshoot bugs and system failures as required. Administer dashboard customization requests and reports. Google Workspace: Collaborate with the Google Systems Administrator to ensure Salesforce-Google integrations are functional and data accuracy is maintained. Assist in facilitating smooth employee onboarding and offboarding within Google Workspace as required. Provide support to end users via the support desk for level 1 Google Workspace support as required. Tech Stack Support Provide support to the team for the management of core technology products across our real estate franchise network. Google Products Support Desk Happeo Other Property tools Support Desk Guarantee compliance with SLAs by promptly addressing and resolving tickets. Manage all Salesforce related tickets Provide backup support for Gmail onboarding and offboarding requests Support and backup to team members in the support desk Regular Tasks Manage the Salesforce Franchise Management System, addressing technical issues and inquiries. Attend team meetings and actively engage in discussions. Collaborate with the Digital Projects Team to fulfill administrative requirements and support for the Head Office team. Create and support custom and out-of-the-box reports & dashboards within the platform. Key Experience & Attributes Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant) preferred. 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments or equivalent Salesforce/CRM experience. Proven experience in Salesforce administration, including managing Data Cloud, Analytics Studio, Tableau Experience with Salesforce Flows, including basic creation and adaptation of existing flows. Experience working with data, building reports and dashboards in Salesforce. Experience managing Sharing Settings, Permission Set Groups, and general platform security. Proficiency with Google Workspace administration preferred. Experience in the property/real estate or financial services industry is highly regarded. Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to problem solving. Solid stakeholder and relationship management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support cross-functional initiatives. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
