We are looking for a motivated and articulate Sales Executive to focus on supporting designer and trade accounts, closing new business, and assisting in product storytelling. With a background in visual communication and strong interpersonal skills, this role also involves supporting showroom walkthroughs, content generation, and product presentations.

Responsibilities
  • Engaging with retail, walk-in, and trade clients across all sales channels.
  • Leading showroom walkthroughs, virtual consultations, and live selling efforts.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with Interior Designers and Trade Clients.
  • Scheduling showroom appointments and conducting product presentations at Design Studios or Interior Firms.
  • Providing product suggestions and basic styling support when clients need minimal design input.
  • Following up on client inquiries and converting leads into closed deals.
  • Preparing and sending client invoices and confirming order details with the logistics team.
  • Maintaining sales and lead trackers to support commission reporting.
  • Assisting in showroom merchandising and keeping displays aligned with current campaigns.
  • Participating in showroom events, collection launches, and being featured in brand videos.
  • Supporting product storytelling and working closely with the Marketing and Content Teams.
Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Proven track record in hitting sales targets and managing B2B accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Nice-to-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
  • Knowledge of furniture styles, materials, finishes, and design trends
  • Basic skills in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, trade shows, and events
