Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue growth for Rapid Tech’s IT hardware and co-managed IT support services. Actively pursues leads, develops proposals, and coordinates with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients, especially in the BPO, shared services, and SME sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn)
  • Pitch IT hardware (refurbished and brand new) and co-managed IT support solutions to businesses
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (IT Managers, Procurement Heads, etc.)
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demos
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and needs analysis
  • Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Procurement, and Technical Teams for customized offers
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Keep CRM updated with accurate sales activities and client data
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve strategies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field (required)
  • 2–4 years in B2B sales, preferably in IT hardware, software, or managed services
  • Experience selling to corporate clients such as BPOs, SMEs, or tech-driven companies is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware, solutions selling, or service-based offerings
  • Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders
