Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end creative development process, from initial concept to final delivery.
  • Conceptualize and execute original ideas for brand campaigns, TikTok content, creative photoshoots, and video productions.
  • Actively participate in pre-production meetings, ensuring alignment on creative vision, objectives, and execution strategy.
  • Direct and support production teams during photo and video shoots to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in pop culture, TikTok, social media, music, aesthetics, and storytelling formats.
  • Edit video and photo content with a strong emphasis on rhythm, narrative flow, and social media impact.
  • Review and approve all creative content to ensure it meets brand standards and strategic objectives before client delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with social media and strategy teams to ensure content supports campaign goals and brand messaging.
  • Provide direction and feedback to designers, editors, and other creatives, ensuring smooth project execution and creative excellence.
  • Maintain strict adherence to deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
  • Possess hands-on capability to shoot and edit as a photographer, videographer, and editor across various content formats (for full-time role).
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, hire, develop, and oversee a high-performing creative team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role within digital marketing, content creation, or production.
  • A strong portfolio that highlights creative campaigns, TikTok content, photoshoots, and video editing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or similar editing platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms—especially TikTok—and the ability to craft content that drives engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation, storytelling, and pushing creative boundaries.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
