Work Setup: Hybrid (Mix of WFH and Onsite) and Onsite

What we need : Can start asap. Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status. Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English. Experience in any of these is a plus (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing). Amenable to working on-site or hybrid. BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates. With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate, plan and execute workflow activities

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Possess a “can do” attitude
  • Hands-on experience with lending procedures, fraud analysis and detection
  • Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work under very strict deadlines
  • Customer service experience
  • BS in Banking and Finance, Economics or related field

About the Client : V Net provides a dynamic and scalable inventory management system. The key functions of this role are to review and maintain a global item database, ensure excellent service levels in data analysis and cleansing, manage accounts/categories, keep process documents up to date, and engage with clients. Some overtime may be required for global support.

  • Submit high-quality cleansed data within time plans
  • Ensure errors and process changes are addressed
  • Communicate workload to team and ensure items are cleansed on time

REPORTING / ANALYSIS

  • Escalate system issues to the Team Leader
  • Circulate standard reports and additional reporting as required
  • Attend weekly/monthly meetings

ADMINISTRATION

  • Manage own data resources and data collection
  • Handle system errors including POS and ELT
  • Complete system setup requirements including retailer remapping and pricing

SKILLS NEEDED :

  • Customer Service, data entry or related experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Strong communication, attention to detail and teamwork
