IT Helpdesk Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:
- Participate daily in the training and development of direct reports. Heavy focus on coaching monitored calls to improve call efficiency techniques and sales strategies
- Drive accountability in meeting or exceeding expectations regarding attendance, punctuality, and productivity responsibilities
- Create a positive and motivating work environment that recognizes both the individual and the team’s successes on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Help manage the rollout of new and/or pilot programs/changes to ensure accuracy and completeness, which may include training and ongoing monitoring to maintain quality.
- Assist management and trainers to develop, coordinate, communicate and train direct reports on program or product changes.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience handling the Technical Program
- Must have at least 1 year of experience leading a Helpdesk Team
- Must be willing to work on flexible schedules
- Must be willing to work onsite at McKinley, Taguig City .
