Team Leader/Supervisor

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Work Locations: McKinley West, Taguig or SM MOA Complex, Pasay

Work Schedule: Australian Business Hours

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee and motivate a high-performing Contact Center team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, meeting performance targets, and fostering a positive and engaging work environment. You will provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to agents, while also identifying opportunities to improve team productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of Customer Service experience

At least 3 years of Team Lead experience in a Contact Center environment

Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proven ability to motivate and develop a team toward achieving KPIs and quality standards
