POSITION TITLE: Business Development Specialist WORK LOCATION: Alabang SALARY RANGE: Php 20,000 – Php 40,000 EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist with a technical or engineering background to support sales growth and lead generation initiatives. The role involves identifying potential clients, managing CRM data, executing outreach campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Generate and qualify leads through research, outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. • Manage and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and communications. • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel. • Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and align on conversion goals. • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to lead generation strategies. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer engagement. • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills. • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft 365 applications. • Comfortable with outbound calling, emailing, and social selling.
