Diamond Specialist

The Diamond Specialist plays a key role in delivering a luxury client experience within our fine jewelry store. This role demands in-depth expertise in diamond grading and certification, along with exceptional sales and communication abilities. The Diamond Specialist assists clients throughout the diamond selection journey, ensuring each experience is both meaningful and well-informed.

• Provide expert advice to clients on diamond quality, grading, and value, focusing on the 4Cs and certification standards (GIA, IGI, etc.).
• Educate and assist clients in selecting the perfect diamond for engagement rings, custom pieces, and fine jewelry.
• Present and explain diamond characteristics in a clear, confident, and approachable manner.
• Collaborate with sales associates, designers, and management to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date product and certification knowledge, including new arrivals and market trends.
• Uphold brand standards in client communication, presentation, and professional appearance.
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals through client relationship building and repeat business.

• Proven experience in diamond grading, evaluation, and fine jewelry sales
• Understanding of diamond grading, certification, and pricing.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and product knowledge.
• Proficient with POS and jewelry inventory systems.

• Passion for fine jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones.
• Displays professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail in client engagement.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
