Key responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the support/training team, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and trackers accurately.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Coordinate internal communications and follow up on pending tasks.
- Support the onboarding and training process by managing training schedules and logistics.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in a corporate or BPO setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
