What You’ll Do Lead a team of associates, ensuring they meet TTEC and client metric performance goals. Answer questions, guide them to resolve issues, handle escalations, and maintain quality customer experience. Act as the first-line manager and motivate your team to resolve issues, achieve goals, and influence career mobility. Responsibilities Coach associates to achieve company and client goals while addressing employee-related issues and coordinating training on new or revised information. Manage multiple, complex ongoing tasks and projects while monitoring absence and attendance, processing payroll, and handling administrative tasks. Motivate and mentor the team, providing coaching, feedback, recognition, and difficult conversations when needed. Utilize TTEC and client tools throughout the day and troubleshoot technology issues and support outage processes. Impact the financial health of the company by leading with compassion, helping retain employees, and influencing absenteeism and occupancy. Qualifications Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience. Promote a performance-driven culture and mentor and inspire others. Utilize time management skills and prioritize tasks. Engage and support your team to have proper tools and systems to accomplish day-to-day tasks. Customer-focused mindset.
