Sales & Property Management Admin (Permanent WFH) Australian RE

We are looking for an experienced Sales Admin / PM Admin to join our team on a permanent work-from-home arrangement. You will be supporting an Australian Real Estate client, so experience with Australian property processes and legislation is essential.
This role has a stronger focus on sales support but also includes Property Management admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales administration support
- Assist with Property Management admin tasks
- Conduct follow-ups with clients, leads, owners, and buyers
- Maintain CRMs and databases
- Prepare contracts, forms, checklists, and compliance documents
- Create sales collateral using Canva (brochures, proposals, flyers)
- Handle sales process admin from listing to settlement
- Support both Sales and PM portfolios
Required Skills & Experience
- Must have experience in Australian Real Estate
- Proficient with Property Management software: PropertyMe, Console, VaultRE, Re-Leased, Rest Professional, iRealty
- CRM experience (Eagle, Rex, VaultRE, or iRealty)
- Knowledge of Realworks, REAForms, and contract processes
- Skilled in RP Data for research and market analysis
- Experienced with DocuSign
- Advanced skills in Canva
- Strong understanding of the sales process
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Technical Requirements
- Permanent WFH setup
- Stable internet connection: minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
- Backup power source (UPS or generator) to ensure continuity during outages
Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Admin / PM Admin
- Tech-savvy and able to use multiple real estate tools
- Can work independently and manage deadlines
- Confident supporting an Australian real estate client
Start Date: Mid-January to beginning of February 2026
