You will handle end-to-end insurance operations, from policy administration and risk review to claims management and cross-department collaboration.### **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS INCLUDE:*** **Claims Processing:** Manage and oversee motor insurance claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and fair handling.* **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards related to insurance processes.* **Client Service:** Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.* **Risk Management:** Assess and mitigate risks by reviewing policies, premiums, and claims histories.* **Budget Management:** Monitor budgets, minimize financial loss, and achieve cost-saving targets related to insurance activities.* **Administrative Tasks:** Maintain accurate documentation, prepare insurance-related reports, and manage internal and external correspondence.* **Coordination:** Work closely with brokers, underwriters, and claims adjusters to ensure seamless policy and claims processing.* **Policy Management:** Administer existing policies, secure competitive quotations, and ensure appropriate and up-to-date coverage.### **A BIT ABOUT YOU*** At least 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations, policy administration, or claims management* Strong understanding of insurance principles, particularly motor insurance policies and claims* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to reduce risk and manage costs* Solid communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with clients and vendors* Familiarity with insurance platforms and claims systems is an advantage* Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple tasks simultaneously### **WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE*** Accurate, timely, and compliant handling of all insurance-related processes* Reduction in unnecessary costs or losses from underinsured assets or delayed claims* High client satisfaction and smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders### **WHAT WE VALUE**We’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values:* **Curious and Clever:** Smart questions spark smart solutions* **Entrepreneurial Energy:** Think like an owner.
