About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our vibrant and growing team. In this full-time, office-based role in Ortigas, Pasig City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our insurance clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and responding to inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and friendly manner
  2. Providing accurate information about insurance policies, claims, and other services
  3. Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in our systems
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience
  6. Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the insurance industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and provide solutions
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  6. Familiarity with insurance products and regulations would be an advantage
