Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for 2 Faculty Members in the Accountancy Program, located in Dumaguete. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, preparing course materials, conducting assessments, and ensuring the quality of teaching aligns with program standards. Faculty members are expected to engage in student mentorship, curriculum development, faculty collaboration, and support research, professional development, and university events. A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment is essential. Qualifications Expertise in Accountancy, including Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation Strong pedagogical skills, including Lecturing, Curriculum Development, and Assessment Design Research and Analytical Skills relevant to the accounting field Proficiency in Communication and Mentorship to support diverse learners Master's degree in Accountancy or a related field (PhD or CPA certification is a plus) Proven ability to work collaboratively within an academic community Commitment to professional development in alignment with university goals Experience in educational technology and innovative teaching methodologies is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
