Technical Support Representative Qualifications- At least 2nd year College Level or Graduate of any 2-year course
- At least 6 months sales/customer service experience is an advantage
- Knowledge in Website Development, Webhosting and Wordpress is an advantage
- Content Management System is an advantage
- Basic email knowledge and troubleshooting is an advantage
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances
- Highly Motivated and Target Driven
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
