What We’re Looking For: At least 6 months BPO of end-user/technical support experience Preferably handled End-user support system. At least SHS/High School Grad (old curriculum). Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written. A knack for problem-solving and thinking on your feet. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. A high level of adaptability to embrace new tools, technologies, and procedures.
