Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead - Technical Training to join our team in Taguig, Philippines. As the Lead - Technical Training, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our technical training programs, ensuring our team members are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive technical training programs for new hires and existing employees
  • Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and design targeted training initiatives
  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical training and adult learning
  • Manage training schedules and logistics to ensure smooth program delivery
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and improve job performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical training or a similar role
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring training teams
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a B2 English level or higher
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Experience in developing technical training materials and e-learning content
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style for diverse audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong facilitation skills, including agenda planning and active listening
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address learners' needs
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across different departments
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement in training methodologies
  • Flexibility to adjust training programs based on changing business needs and feedback
