  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and resistance management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities across all organizational levels.

Job Description:

The Change Management Lead will drive organizational transformation by ensuring successful adoption of change initiatives across people, processes, systems, and culture. This role partners with leaders and project teams to develop and execute change strategies that minimize resistance and maximize adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management efforts using structured frameworks and methodologies.
  • Develop communication and engagement plans to support adoption.
  • Conduct impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and stakeholder analysis.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and resistance to change.
  • Monitor progress, define success metrics, and report results to leadership.
  • Support training and enablement activities to ensure smooth transitions.
