Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, system integration, and software development. (Non negotiable)
• Must have strong understanding of SQL, APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), and enterprise applications. (Non negotiable)
• Must have proven experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe). (Non negotiable)
• Must have proven experience in tools like JIRA and Confluence. (Non negotiable)
• Must have experience in process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., BPMN, Lucidchart, Visio). (Non negotiable)
• Must have experience in requirements gathering, use case/user story writing, and creating functional specifications. (Non negotiable)
• Must have the experience in conducting data analysis using SQL, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support business decisions. (Non negotiable)
• Must be knowledgeable in API integration, system interoperability, and data flow design. (Non negotiable)
• Must have exceptional experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) support and technical validation. (Non negotiable)
• Must have understanding of data governance, system performance, and security best practices. (Non negotiable)
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. (Non negotiable)
• Must have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.(Non negotiable)
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills for producing clear documentation and delivering presentations. (Non negotiable)
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Camunda, Power Automate, Zapier) is a plus.
• Familiarity with change management and release planning is a plus.

Business and Technical Analysis

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software solutions.

Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.

Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.

Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions.

Engage in cross-functional tasks and emerging priorities as directed by leadership.

Solution Design & Implementation

Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to design scalable solutions.

Assist in API integration, system interoperability, and data flow optimization.

Define workflow automation strategies to enhance efficiency.

Support testing, debugging, and validation of new systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather insights.

Provide technical advisory to stakeholders on system capabilities.

Ensure clear documentation of business processes and technical solutions.

Data & Performance Analysis

Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making.

Monitor system performance, security, and compliance.

Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.

Ensure data integrity and governance in technical implementations.
