This role focuses on driving sales growth, developing new customers, and strengthening Thai Wah’s presence in the Philippine market. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and expand Thai Wah’s customer base in the Philippines. Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers, ensuring optimal application of Thai Wah’s product range. Manage the sales pipeline and project portfolio , collaborating with technical and marketing teams to deliver results. Stay abreast of market trends and emerging food technologies , contributing ideas for new products and applications. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Research, Operations, Marketing, Sales Management) to enhance product performance and support both new and existing product initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in the food or ingredient industry . Strong background in starch or modified starch within an FMCG environment is highly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong command of English , both written and spoken. Deep understanding of food ingredients and applications is an advantage.
