Your Role

As a Director of Operations (Healthcare) , you will oversee site-level operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and business growth. You will manage strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational performance while driving efficiency and high-quality patient support outcomes for U.S.-based healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for healthcare operations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to achieve client and company objectives.
  • Oversee workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation across accounts.
  • Drive operational excellence, compliance with healthcare standards, and adherence to client SLAs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure profitability and sustainable business growth.
  • Lead continuous process improvements, innovation, and best practices in healthcare operations.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for client escalations, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop management teams to strengthen leadership pipelines.
What You Need Non-negotiables / Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale healthcare delivery operations or BPO healthcare accounts.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare systems, compliance, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred skills/experience:
  • Master\'s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.
  • Experience as a Site Director or equivalent leadership role in healthcare outsourcing.
  • Demonstrated success in building client relationships and managing multi-site operations.
  • Data-driven decision-making and proven success in operational scaling.
