How will you make an impact in this role?

The Operational Risk Management (ORM) team facilitates and monitors the implementation of effective operational risk management programs throughout the organization and oversees risk ownership across business units, products, and processes. The ORM Testing, Monitoring, Aggregation and Reporting team supports organizational resilience through independent testing and monitoring, establishes guidelines and standards for reporting and risk assessments, and provides a holistic view of ORM through aggregated reporting.

We are seeking a Director of Testing, Monitoring, Aggregation and Reporting to lead a diverse team of professionals focused on embedding effective operational risk management in day-to-day operations. The role involves extensive collaboration with partners across multiple business units, functional areas, and geographies.
