Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist who can manage both strategy and design. This is an expert-level position focused on delivering high-performing eCommerce email campaigns, particularly during Black Friday/Cyber Monday (BFCM) . The ideal candidate will have deep Klaviyo experience, a strong grasp of eCommerce email best practices, and proven success in running campaigns that drive results. We are also open to splitting the role into two positions — Strategist and Designer — if required. Job Highlights Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with 30 minute paid break | New Zealand Time Work Arrangement: Work from home Side note: Since this is a permanent work‑from‑home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and execute end‑to‑end Klaviyo campaigns, including BFCM promotions. Develop segmentation strategies to improve engagement and conversions. Manage deliverability and maintain list hygiene for optimal results. Build and optimize automated flows and triggered campaigns (welcome, abandoned cart, win‑back, etc.). Design visually compelling and conversion-focused email creatives (if handling design). Conduct A/B tests and performance analysis to continually improve results. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on strategy, campaign timing, and messaging. Stay updated on email marketing trends, best practices, and Klaviyo platform updates. Requirements Klaviyo expert with advanced-level experience managing eCommerce accounts. Proven experience planning and executing successful BFCM campaigns. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and conversion-driven campaign building. Excellent analytical skills to measure and improve performance.
