The Email Marketing & Campaign Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns while managing relationships with affiliate partners to ensure monthly lead volume targets and delivery commitments are achieved. This is a strategic and hands‑on role that blends creativity, analytics, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Demonstrate best practices in email design, audience segmentation, and personalization. Implement strategies to improve deliverability, open rates, CTR, and overall performance. Manage monthly campaign budgets and confirm lead volume commitments with affiliate partners. Oversee end‑of‑month delivery reporting and reconciliation with stakeholders. Monitor and optimize tracking and analytics across email and affiliate campaigns. Ensure accurate tracking implementation using major platforms Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing and growth objectives. Stay updated on email marketing trends, compliance regulations (CAN‑SPAM, GDPR), and new platform innovations. Skills & Experience Required: 5–10 years of professional experience in email marketing and campaign management. Proven experience with email automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Vision6, Sendgrid etc.). Strong understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, and performance optimization. Experience working with affiliate or partner marketing programs. Knowledge of tracking platforms and analytics (UTMs, conversion pixels, GA4, Convert, etc.). Excellent communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders. Highly detail‑oriented, analytical, and results‑driven. Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote team environment. Bachelor's degree required for this position. Location & Work Setup: Remote role based in the Philippines. Full‑time position with flexible hours to collaborate with international teams.
