Job Overview We are looking for a meticulous and results-driven Email Automation & GHL Specialist to support the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns. This role involves managing automations, ensuring high deliverability, and maintaining the technical health of email systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms. Key Responsibilities Execute and schedule email campaigns, automations, and workflows according to provided templates and timelines. Monitor deliverability metrics, inbox placement, and bounce rates to maintain a positive sender reputation. Manage and clean contact lists, apply segmentation, and ensure compliance with data and list hygiene standards. Conduct thorough QA checks on formatting, personalization, links, and tracking before sending. Perform A/B tests and analyze key performance indicators (open, click, and conversion rates). Provide detailed campaign performance reports and recommendations for ongoing optimization. Maintain and update templates, automations, and workflows within GoHighLevel or related platforms. Stay updated on email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and deliverability best practices. Mandatory Skills Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM and automation tools. Strong understanding of email deliverability concepts and authentication protocols. Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to follow structured workflows and meet deadlines consistently. Basic knowledge of HTML for email formatting and troubleshooting. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience managing large contact databases and segmented lists. Familiarity with email analytics and data-driven campaign improvements. Ability to troubleshoot deliverability or technical email issues.
