A. Soft Skills Instructor

  • Delivers training courses as per assigned schedule
  • Achieves the required certification levels and tracks as per the business needs

Summary:

As a member of the COO L&D Training Team, the Fund Accounting Training Consultant designs, delivers functional training solutions and analyzes solutions for continuous improvement, including operational and administrative aspects of the training curriculum.

  • Collaborates with management, performance and subject matter experts to translate business outcomes into learning objectives
  • Determines learning methodologies and OD solutions with stakeholders
  • Develops project plans and identifies subject matter experts
  • Develops, facilitates, and delivers learning programs
  • Maintains inventory of training programs/tools and schedules usage
  • Evaluates programs for effectiveness and suggests improvements
  • Delivers high-quality work with minimal revision; mentors junior staff as needed
  • Represents the department in meetings; handles analyses; participates in cross-functional projects

Area-specific duties

Skills/Experience
