A. Soft Skills Instructor
- Delivers training courses as per assigned schedule
- Achieves the required certification levels and tracks as per the business needs
- Studies, prepares and qualifies for new introductions of courses, ensures practical coverage of all the course activities
- Prepares, evaluates, and improves class setup such as courseware, presentation tools, class activities and assessment tools
- Maintain responsibility for tracking key metrics on customer satisfaction
- Prepares and provides regular reports as needed
- Responsible for knowledge transfer to new instructors upon assignment
- Serve as an expert about the TRENDS ACADEMY Training Services; pre-sales support to assist the sales team
Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4- or 5-year course
- At least 3 years of experience in any professional field
- Familiarity with: resiliency, GRIT, design thinking, creative thinking, leadership, coaching and mentoring, decision making, handling objections/negotiations, closing the deal, finance for non-financial professionals
Working conditions
- Five-day work week in Makati City, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- May require additional hours, weekends, or holidays to meet deadlines

Summary:
As a member of the COO L&D Training Team, the Fund Accounting Training Consultant designs, delivers functional training solutions and analyzes solutions for continuous improvement, including operational and administrative aspects of the training curriculum.
- Collaborates with management, performance and subject matter experts to translate business outcomes into learning objectives
- Determines learning methodologies and OD solutions with stakeholders
- Develops project plans and identifies subject matter experts
- Develops, facilitates, and delivers learning programs
- Maintains inventory of training programs/tools and schedules usage
- Evaluates programs for effectiveness and suggests improvements
- Delivers high-quality work with minimal revision; mentors junior staff as needed
- Represents the department in meetings; handles analyses; participates in cross-functional projects
Area-specific duties
- Coordinate mandatory curriculum in assigned locations
- Liaise with managers and participants to outline requirements
- Continuous evaluation with stakeholders
- Design, develop, and maintain a training curriculum aligned with global curricula
- Coordinate new-hire training within geographic areas
- Design and deliver training for existing systems and rollouts
- Ensure interventions align with business unit needs
- Provide ongoing support with other Global Training Teams
Skills/Experience
Profiles:
- Three to five years of operational experience (FA or similar in financial services) or
- Three to five years of training consulting experience
Requirements include:
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to work with all levels of staff
- Self-starter and team player
- Experience with Captivate, Articulate, Easy Generator or similar tools is preferred
