The COO L&D Global Team is seeking a Financial Reporting Associate Training Consultant to deliver training solutions to the assigned business unit. The role involves designing, delivering functional training solutions, analyzing solutions for continuous improvement, and undertaking appropriate operational and administrative aspects of the training curriculum. Role Overview This role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking to progress their career away from an operational role. It gives the opportunity to engage with senior leaders and all levels of management, and to create and own a process which delivers benefits to partners now and in the future. Principal Responsibilities Design and deliver training for existing systems and new system roll-outs. Develop, facilitate, and deliver learning and organization development programs. Coordinate and deliver the training program and mandatory curriculum within the assigned geographic location/globally. Design, develop, and maintain a training curriculum for the Financial Reporting function within the Global COO curriculums. Maintain all training and progress reports surrounding the program. Develop project plans, including the identification of subject matter experts where appropriate. Continuously evaluate the program, working with COO and stakeholders. Work collaboratively with other Global Training Teams.
