- You will be the day-to-day lead for the accounts your team oversees, serving as the second point of contact for client management. Support the team in providing the highest level of client service and work closely with them to ensure that all client needs are met.

Client Service

- You will be responsible for managing influencer relations, event management, media relations, and content preparation. You will support the account team to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Work collaboratively with your team to fulfill client KPIs, aid other departments as needed, and deliver excellent business results for the agency.
- Collaborate with support teams and actively participate in marketing and advertising initiatives for your clients and prospects.
- Develop effective campaign plans by utilizing appropriate strategies and tactics. Organize and coordinate client activities, analyze the results of the campaign efforts, check and report on the campaign’s progress, negotiate with clients, and resolve any problems.
- Accurately assess that all deliverables are completed on schedule and to the client's
- satisfaction, ensuring the work is of excellent quality.
- Build strong relationships and networks with key influencers, media, and suppliers
- Minimum 5 year working experience in PR, marketing, communications, events, and activations.
- You have at least two years of experience directly managing and addressing concerns from C-Suite executives and senior leaders of organizations and corporations.
- You have experience providing counsel to brands and organizations related to public relations, digital communication, events management, integrated marketing, or brand strategy.
- You have hands-on experience in developing and strategizing campaigns, pitching and creating proposals, and campaign and/or project execution and implementation. You are analytical and strategic, with foundations in monitoring, reporting, and insight development.
- You are skilled at performance optimization, having the ability to identify, interpret, and use digital, social, and other data-driven marketing tools and analytics.

Unlimited Leave : Your allocated holiday time at Vero will be unlimited.
