Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant (Junior Project Assistant) to join our dynamic team in Manila. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their careers in project management or business analysis. You will work closely with Project and Program Managers to ensure smooth project execution and help maintain an organized and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Meeting Documentation – Record, transcribe, and document meetings to ensure accurate records of agreements and discussions. Maintain up-to-date project documentation based on meeting outcomes. Action Item Management – Track and ensure that no action items remain pending or unresolved across the CI&T team. Monitor progress toward completion of assigned tasks and deliverables. Logistics Support – Assist Project/Program Managers with meeting scheduling and logistics. Help organize sessions and optimize agendas to enhance productivity. Material Preparation – Support the preparation and review of meeting materials, such as presentations, reports, and spreadsheets. Meeting Facilitation – Help ensure meetings start and end on time, and that clear action items with ownership are defined. Knowledge and Experience Communication Skills – Excellent English communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally. Organizational Skills – Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing several priorities effectively. Technical Proficiency – Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). Experience with project management tools is an advantage. Experience – Prior exposure to software development or IT-related projects is a plus, though not required. Attitude & Soft Skills Proactive Mindset – Takes initiative and seeks solutions independently. Positive Attitude – Maintains a constructive outlook, even under pressure. Team Player – Collaborates effectively and supports team success. Adaptability – Flexible and open to changes in priorities or scope. Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy and high standards in all deliverables. Accountability – Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and follows through. Other Requirements Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite in CI&T Manila office). Solution-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
