About the Role We are looking for a Marketing & Research Associate who will help our team gather, organize, and maintain data and insights about the media, advertising, and technology industry, while also supporting day‑to‑day marketing/media buying activities, and basic software testing and support. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to gain hands‑on experience in marketing operations, media research, and software support in a SaaS or advertising and scheduling technology environment. Key Responsibilities Media Research & Data Management Perform research and lead generation activities to help expand the company's network within the media, advertising, and technology industry. Maintain and update structured records (spreadsheets, CRM, or Airtable). Verify ownership details, station websites, and advertising contact information. Marketing/Media Buying Support Assist in preparing marketing reports, campaign summaries, and presentation materials. Support the marketing team in media buying, documentation, content updates, and coordination tasks. Help with internal communication and creation/organisation of marketing assets. SaaS Testing & User Support Perform basic functional testing of software features to ensure quality and usability. Identify, document, and track bugs or system issues in collaboration with the development team. Assist in verifying fixes and conducting regression testing before feature releases. Support end-users by reproducing reported issues and providing clear feedback or guidance. Help maintain internal documentation such as user guides, FAQs, and feature summaries. Qualifications Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Strong research and organizational skills. Comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel). Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Detail‑oriented, curious, and willing to learn technical or software‑related processes. Prior experience in research, data entry, or QA testing is a plus (but not required). #J-18808-Ljbffr
