Base pay range $5.00/hr - $6.00/hr Position Overview A Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services. This role involves managing social media accounts, optimizing SEO, and running Google AdWords campaigns to drive traffic and engagement. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Create engaging content, monitor channels, and respond to customer inquiries. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Google AdWords Management Create, manage, and optimize campaigns to increase traffic and conversions. Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy that aligns with goals. Monitor and analyze performance, making adjustments to improve ROI. SEO Optimization Implement strategies to improve website visibility and organic rankings. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content. Monitor and analyze SEO performance with tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush. Content Creation Develop marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and website content. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing materials. Metrics Analysis Monitor campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify improvement areas. Generate reports and present findings to the marketing team. Collaboration Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals. Coordinate with external vendors for tasks such as printing and advertising. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role. Skills Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Proficiency in Google AdWords, SEO/SEM campaigns, and web analytics. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM and CMS software. Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
