Are you passionate about transforming the way businesses operate? At StoreHub, we're looking for an energetic Onboarding Specialist to help new retailers and restaurateurs seamlessly integrate our powerful tools into their daily operations. You'll be at the forefront, ensuring each client starts off on the right foot with our technology
What you will do:
- Merchant Onboarding Training Delivery: Conduct virtual or in-person training sessions, teaching merchants how to use StoreHub's POS software and hardware effectively. Customize training approaches based on the needs and technical abilities of each merchant.
- Technical Support: Assist merchants in troubleshooting any issues during setup and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
- Customer Relationship Building: Serve as the key point of contact during onboarding, building strong relationships with merchants and ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience.
- Documentation & Follow-Up: Accurately document all training sessions, feedback, and progress in the CRM system (Salesforce). Conduct follow-up calls to ensure merchants are fully set up and answer any post-training questions.
- Upselling Services: Upsell additional services such as BIR Registration and Product Setup.
- Project Management: Manage your onboarding schedule effectively, ensuring training is completed on time and that merchants meet their go-live dates.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on the onboarding process and collaborate with internal teams to improve training materials and the overall onboarding experience.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or training, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, software, or retail technology is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot technical issues with ease.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Enthusiasm for helping small businesses grow through technology.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and other customer support tools is a plus.
