Overview

As an Auto Loan Sales Support Officer, you will be a pioneer employee of the new SBC Affiliate – a joint venture between Security Bank Corporation, a leading universal bank in the Philippines and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, a global automobile company based in Japan

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a pool of Sales Support Assistants and Admin Assistants specifically handling an assigned Auto Loans Sales Channel.
  • Coordinate with respective Sales Channel Team Heads and Mitsubishi Dealers on requirement completion, booking status and projections.
  • Handle complex accounts requiring approval escalation due to deviation or deferment of requirement based on Pre-booking guidelines.
  • Review accounts and ensure timely issuance of credit advice considering completion of requirement and accuracy of information.
  • Track issued approvals to ensure timely booking of auto loan accounts.
What we’re looking for
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience, preferably also from the automotive or auto finance industry
  • Has good understanding of auto loan documentation and its legal aspects
  • Awareness of regulatory related policies and guidelines
  • Detail – oriented
