The role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, people-driven environment, who quickly solves problems and who is motivated by seeing results in enrollments, collections, customer satisfaction, and KPIs set for monitoring the sales target. Qualifications At least 5+ years experience in insurance, microfinance, consumer lending, or community development programs. With bachelors degree preferably Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fields. Strong background in customer engagement and partnership after-care. Comfortable working in ASA Branches and community settings, with frequent field visits. Analytical mindset with ability to turn numbers into practical action.
