OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Ops Business Enablement Specialist to support Sales, Partner and Customer Success solutions through business agility, field enablement and support toward a best-in-class customer experience. You will help our customer-facing roles be more productive, enabling a simpler buying experience with SAP. You will work with internal teams to provide reliable, qualitative, and professional assistance on both transactional and business-related questions.
Responsibilities- Manage end-user inquiries in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner; assess obstacles and qualify urgency and root cause to determine next steps.
- Provide guidance on next steps, technical system advice, or actions to help end-users move forward and achieve goals.
- Resolve pressing inquiries, complex scenarios, and escalations through collaboration and knowledge.
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders to understand upcoming business expectations, core deals, new deal motions, and technical implications.
- Coordinate and collaborate between internal support teams (IT, GCF, Operations) to support the field and drive standardized global support across SAP in challenging deals and scenarios.
- Multitask and prioritize issues; demonstrate a can-do attitude and confidence when engaging with high-level executives.
- Support ad hoc team projects to improve overall efficiency of the support organization (e.g., onboarding new team members, acting as point of contact during escalations, delivering enablement and support).
- Understand and navigate the ticketing system, build relationships with regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams such as IT, Order to Invoice and Finance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience; 5-7 years in customer support, operations and/or technical support roles.
- Experience with Harmony or other sales technology is a benefit.
- Customer-service attitude; polite, helpful, quality-oriented, inquisitive.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Analytical skills to identify the best solution path; strong verbal and written communication.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Requires weekend shift and EMEA/US shift.
