Competitive Total Rewards (Compensation, Allowance, HMO, and Paid Time Off) Employee Referral Program Work Life Balance Your Role As an E-Commerce Coordinator, you are responsible for: Respond to track the product roadmap and collection launch dates to ensure readiness. Upload and maintain all product data via ERP (Indigo8 → Shopify), including: Product Titles Product descriptions Collection tagging Pricing (multi-currency via Shopify Markets) SKUs / barcodes Imagery and videos Build and update collections (manual and automated). Merchandize the store to highlight newness and best‑sellers. Optimize product and collection pages for SEO (AI‑assisted, with QA). Produce a weekly e‑commerce report covering: Traffic and conversion rates Gross sales and top‑performing products Inventory coverage (weeks of cover) Other key performance insights (bounce rates, cart drop‑off, etc.) Run weekly store health audits: broken links, missing images, display issues, checkout flow. Review on‑site search queries to identify gaps and customer needs. Seasonal product performance (PSA reports) Returns report (rolling 3‑month basis) Run weekly inventory coverage reports on top‑performing products. Flag low stock or replenishment needs to Production/Buying teams. Identify overstocks and highlight to Marketing for promo/markdown planning. Build weekly EDMs using existing Klaviyo templates. Take briefs and assets from the Marketing Manager to construct emails. Schedule and deploy campaigns as per the marketing calendar. Production & Shipping Coordinators: Stay across product availability and delivery timelines. Brief, monitor, and QA site improvements. Qualifications and Experience At least 3 years of similar work experience. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and operational thinking. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing and production teams. Strong sense of accountability and ownership. An ever‑developing understanding of eCommerce systems and tools, with a goal to progressively deepen expertise. Over time, cultivate a deeper knowledge of SEO, content management, and web analytics to effectively enhance online engagement and drive sales. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to clearly interact with key stakeholders.
