The Construction Engineer is responsible for:
Pre-Construction Phase:

Prepare investment summaries (SP/CD).

Manage pre-bid process and project execution planning.

Develop and order conslists/syslists.

Lead and facilitate pre-construction meetings and quality orientations.

Review construction plans.

Construction Phase:

Oversee construction management.

Conduct inspections and deficiency checks.

Post-Construction Phase:

Conduct pre-opening quality audit.

Monitor project closeout.

Approve contractor billings.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

2-3 years of experience in fast-food, retail, or commercial construction

Must be a licenced Engineer or Architect.

Knowledgeable in construction methods, project management, and quality audits

Proficient in local building codes

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Willing to travel and manage multiple projects in Metro South and South Luzon areas

Willing to report in Ortigas, Pasig once a week.
