Pre-Construction Phase
The

  • Prepare investment summaries (SP/CD).
  • Manage pre-bid process and project execution planning.
  • Develop and order conslists/syslists.
  • Lead and facilitate pre-construction meetings and quality orientations.
  • Review construction plans.
Title: Construction Engineer
Pre-Construction Phase
The Construction Engineer is responsible for:
  • Prepare investment summaries (SP/CD).
  • Manage pre-bid process and project execution planning.
  • Develop and order conslists/syslists.
  • Schedule OSM deliveries.
  • Lead and facilitate pre-construction meetings and quality orientations.
  • Review construction plans.
Construction Phase
  • Oversee construction management.
  • Resolve RFICs.
  • Lead project meetings.
  • Conduct inspections and deficiency checks.
Post-Construction Phase
  • Conduct pre-opening quality audit.
  • Monitor project closeout.
  • Approve contractor billings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Must have 2–3 years of experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food construction
  • Must be a licenced Engineer or Architect.
  • Knowledgeable in construction methods, project management, and quality audits
  • Proficient in local building codes
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Willing to travel and manage multiple projects in Metro South and South Luzon areas
  • Willing to report in Ortigas, Pasig once a week.
