About the role: We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team at IPM Construction & Dev. Corp. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, leveraging your civil/structural engineering expertise to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects within our growing construction company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of civil/structural engineering solutions, collaborating with architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular updates to project managers and clients
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the project team to optimize workflows, identify efficiencies, and implement process improvements
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers and construction personnel
Qualifications
  • Licensed Civil Engineer / Sanitary Engineer
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in land/site development, excavation, and building infrastructure
  • Strong technical skills in civil/structural engineering, including design, analysis, and project management
  • Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, PRIMAVERA, and project management tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction best practices
