Warehouse Manager - SCommerce (Bulacan) Shopee Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities: Oversee overall warehouse operations and ensure SLAs are met. Strategically manage warehousing in compliance with company policies and vision. Lead inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), stock management, outbound and maintenance operations. Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and a strong grasp of the local market. Implement and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. Ensure the division is staffed with competent people, developing them for future challenges. Manage overall warehouse cost and budget. Produce reports and statistics regularly: key metrics, shrinkage reports, stock movement reports, and cost reports. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 10 years of total work experience focusing on management consulting, warehouse operations, or a related field. Excellent leadership skills with strong analytical expertise to assess data and draw conclusions. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Hands‑on experience with warehouse management software and databases. Strong problem‑solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to be assigned in Bulacan.
