Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
  • Sales-oriented mindset and persuasive abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM, spreadsheets, email).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may prefer higher education).
  • Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
