A Telesales Agent engages with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell products or services. The role aims to achieve sales targets, build customer relationships, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Make outbound and respond to inbound calls to promote products or services.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Provide high-quality customer service and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a telesales or similar customer service role.
- High school diploma; additional sales training or education is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, if required.
- This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and enjoy engaging with customers to drive business growth.
- Number of sales calls made per day.
