Manage and maintain good business relations with current and active C&I accounts. • Grow the C&I business by identifying growth opportunities and actively pursue new C&I accounts. • Create a robust and healthy pipeline for business growth and sustainability. • Technically skilled to address basic and advanced query from C&I accounts critical and crucial to their day-to-day operations. • Basic product knowledge and lubrication fundamentals. • Conduct plant survey and knows procedure in plant data gathering. • Make recommendations based on gated data from plant survey- product, application methods and lubrication intervals. Documenting recommendations. • Able to identify suffering points in an operation and make recommendations. • Sells premium lubricants based on product performance and lubrication and/or engineering solutions • Documents benefits and shares best practices with peers • Able to set and prioritize activities for current or target accounts for the year including clinics, promotions, engineering programs etc. • Prioritize call schedules and activities based on account profitability (time management) • Coordinate and set engineering programs with Lube engineer • Communicate with customers activities for the period • Set activities to optimize business relationship with customer • Identifies opportunities to further expand business • Regularly acquires competitive information to assess programs and identify potential problems and threats. • Establish a clear level of expectation with C&I accounts on the level of support in the business partnership. • Provide timely and accurate price updates. • Prepare and submit price quotations for prospect C&I accounts. • Establish a well-planned itinerary and work schedule in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. • Proactively plan value-generating activities to increase and further strengthen business relations with current accounts. • Plans and strategize effective means of soliciting and penetrating competitor-supplied accounts. • Submits timely reports and presents possible solutions to address issues that may arise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
