Sales Leopard is hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing eCommerce company in the home improvement space , to recruit a Customer Service Support Specialist . This role is focused on handling website-based customer inquiries from a B2C audience — assisting shoppers with product questions, order updates, and resolution of service concerns. This is a remote, full-time position based in the Philippines , with training and oversight provided by the Sales Leopard operations team. Key Responsibilities: Respond to live chat and email inquiries on the brand's website in a timely, helpful, and professional manner Assist customers with product selection, sizing, order status, and returns Troubleshoot and escalate issues appropriately while maintaining a customer-first mindset Document all interactions clearly in the CRM/ticketing system Collaborate with both the client and the Sales Leopard team to improve service processes Qualifications: 1–3 years experience in B2C customer service, ideally in eCommerce or retail Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus Self-directed, reliable, and service-oriented Work Setup: Remote (Philippines-based only) Monday to Friday, U.S. business hours (night shift) Stable internet and professional work environment required We build, train, and manage offshore teams that help companies execute faster and serve better.
