Overview SPX Express is hiring a Workforce Planner for Operations at the Sorting Center in Calamba, Laguna. This role focuses on forecast modeling, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time monitoring, and ensuring alignment of forecasts with strategic goals. Responsibilities Forecast modeling and capacity planning to meet strategic goals, with collaboration and effective communication to ensure forecast alignment with business objectives. Oversee WFM tasks and strategies, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time monitoring. Interface with leaders to understand fast-changing business needs and update plans where necessary. Lead projects and improvements to drive efficiencies within the team. Coordinate with third-party partners on headcount requirements and monitor agency performance and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (any field). Prior experience in Warehouse, E-commerce, or Logistics under Workforce Planning and Management or Agency Management is preferred. Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Proficient in MS Office and Google Applications. Able to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna.
