This is a key leadership role in our organisation, responsible for creating a stable, safe and caring environment for the young people in our care. Common Thread has 14 Residential Child Care homes across Scotland. The successful candidate will be joining an existing senior management team and an organisation that believes in supporting its staff. You will have responsibility for a small cluster of our homes across the central belt of Scotland and support the development of these services to meet the needs of the children we care for. Ensuring that the delivery of residential child care services you are responsible for is of a high standard, meeting or exceeding standards set by legislation as well as Health and Social Care Standards. You will provide direct line management to House Managers within residential services across a wide geographical area and support the development of the services to meet the needs of the young people we look after. You are also responsible for contributing to achieving the objectives of Common Thread to deliver well‑managed and supported care services.
