Retail Shift Leader Location: Central Belt Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + £290 per month car allowance Immediate start. Access to wages from 3 days after shift completion. Holiday pay. Responsibilities Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking service on client sites. Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed. Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites. Complete stock counts accurately and within the given time frame. Monitor and improve team productivity where possible. Person Specification A full driving licence. Outstanding customer service skills. The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. Basic IT skills. Ability to remain focused when under pressure. Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision. Willingness and ability to travel. Work will require prolonged periods of standing and use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock. This role will involve working unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts; therefore we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 18 years.
